Incredible friendly staff from the moment you enter the building all the way to check out.
Physician Lauren Hollis really took the time to listen. I could not be more pleased with the care I received. Even my prescriptions were done in no time.

I’ve been coming to this practice for years now, and not once have I walked away from any medical experience/situation feeling dissatisfied. They treat me and any medical attention that I have with the utmost respect and precision. Forgive the cliche but I honestly feel like they treat me like family. Love it and love them!

My daughter was being seen by Larissa and we asked Dr. Scarborough to give his input on a wart that we had frozen completely off a few times... he got excited and said "you want to burn it off" with a smile/giggle to my daughter. With her "deer in the headlight look" she responded "sure"... we head into another room and my daughter says "as long as you tell me what to expect I am fine".. Scarborough walks her through "what to expect" and says "this is going to stink like burning flesh" (laughing) and places a fan by them as he started the procedure. Larissa was in the room with us watching and learning right along side of us. Good news is the after math of healing was EXACTLY what he told us to expect and the wart is GONE! Great news is that we felt like family through the whole process and Larissa was just as willing to learn with us-again making it feel like family. While we have only seen Scarborough a few times in 16 years his office represents him perfectly so when you do see him it just completes the "family" feel. This office has always been great and truly has concern for how they can help you. If they move, I would hunt them down to stay under their care. More than a 5 Star group!

I have seen Lindsay for 16 years (sadler clinic days) and I cannot say enough good things about her service and hospitality. I trust her with my families lives hands down, no questions. She is very knowledgeable and if she isn't sure she takes initiative and makes it a point to figure it out-even after you leave and she calls with an update. She treats you like FAMILY and that is a major plus in today's chaotic world. When I walk in she genuinely asks about each child and then my parents, she truly cares for your families needs and health. If you call and she is booked, she is worth the wait.. I promise.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Scarborough’s since the early Sadler Clinic years. He has always been caring, honest, friendly and very well informed. I love his interaction with his staff at Family Life Medical, all are equally friendly, congenial and as caring and compassionate as Dr. Scarborough. I highly recommend his practice for any family practice needs.

I conducted my own research myself and found Dr. Kyle Scarborough, MD, and I after over a year of seeing him can say I am extremely impressed and grateful to have such a great and competant doctor whose high standards and expertise is just as great as his personality. My insurance co. had assigned me a physician whose office was too far away, and what started out as a problem turned into a great opportunity in finding Dr. Scarborough.
My previous physician was a lifelong friend for more than 50 years whose died. I feared I would never be able to find as good a physician, but I did with Dr. Scarborough.
Thank you Dr. Scarborough for being the fine doctor and great person that you are, I am sure many of your patients feel and think the same as I do.

After suffering for six weeks and two visits to a specialist I came to Lindsay. Within 5 days of treatment my symptoms were completely gone. Her gift for listening and questioning/clarifying your medical issues makes her one of the very best. You will receive a thorough exam and a thoughtful diagnosis. She is absolutely awesome!
